This course says it gets revised as the tooling and the rules move. This page is the evidence. Two things in Module 11 changed in the six months before publication, and they will change again.

Corrections are welcome and get made. The dated line at the top of each lesson tells you when that lesson was last touched.

Every lesson rewritten in plainer language after reader feedback. Average sentence length down from about 18 words to 16, and long words down from 15–21% to under 10%.
An 'In short' summary added at the top of every lesson.
Glossary added — 52 terms, each linked to the lesson covering it.
Each module given its own colour so readers can tell where they are.

Regulatory content verified

EU AI Act high-risk duties updated to 2 December 2027, following the Digital Omnibus on AI (Regulation 2026/1744).
Colorado SB 24-205 recorded as repealed and replaced by SB 26-189, effective 1 January 2027.
India DPDP Rules recorded as notified November 2025, phasing in to May 2027.
